4. Delivery Conditions (Large Furniture)

  • Access: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that large items (such as U-Shape Corners or Wardrobes) can fit through doorways, hallways, and stairs.

  • Failed Delivery: If a delivery fails because the item cannot fit into the property or no one is home at the pre-arranged time, a re-delivery or restocking fee may apply.

  • Location: We primarily serve the UK market. Specific delivery surcharges may apply to certain remote postcodes.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate unless stated otherwise. We accept various payment methods as displayed on our checkout page. Ownership of the goods only passes to you once we have received full payment in cleared funds.
