1. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to deliver all orders within 7 to 10 working days.

  • Order Processing: Once your order is placed, our team begins quality testing and packing your items.
  • Scheduling: For large items (Sofas, Beds, Wardrobes), our delivery team will contact you via phone or SMS to arrange a specific delivery date that works for you.
  • Tracking: You will receive a dispatch notification once your order has left our Birmingham warehouse.

2. Delivery Rates

  • Standard Delivery: Our rates are calculated at checkout based on the size of the item and your location.
  • UK Mainland: We deliver across the UK mainland.
  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or offshore islands may incur a surcharge and take slightly longer than the standard 10-day window. Please contact us for a custom quote.

3. Large Furniture Access (Crucial)

Before ordering large items like our U-Shape Corner Sofas, please ensure:

  • The item will fit through your front door, hallways, and any stairwells.
  • There is clear access for a large delivery van to park near your property.
  • Failed Delivery: If a delivery cannot be completed because the item does not fit or there is no one home at the pre-agreed time, a re-delivery fee may apply.

4. Upon Delivery

  • Inspection: Please inspect your furniture upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the product, please note this on the delivery driver's manifest and contact us within 24 hours.
  • Room of Choice: Our standard delivery is to the ground floor/front door. If you require delivery to a specific room or an upper floor without a lift, please notify us in advance as additional charges may apply.

5. Delays

While we strive to meet our 7-10 day target, occasionally factors outside our control (such as extreme weather or UK road disruptions) may cause slight delays. We will always keep you updated if your delivery is affected.
